A Guide to Membership

1. Membership is exclusive to visitors who are guests of members and who are proposed and approved by all members.
2. A Membership Fee of £125 is requested as a once only payment of which £100 is returnable if the member leaves after 18 months or later having maintained attendance obligations.
3. Monthly (non-returnable) Meeting Fees of £30 are payable by Standing Order.
4. Members are required to attend at least 18 out of every 26 sequential weekly meetings, with no more that 4 absences in any one non-attendance 'string'. Non attendance to be nominated to the Membership Secretary by Noon on the Monday preceding the day of absence.
5. A member may nominate a visitor to substitute for their business on any absence but this still counts as a non-attendance by the member.
6. Only one member is permitted from any one business sector or type and the member may only represent that one business.
7. Members are required to nominate their visitor guests by the Friday preceding the meeting of attendance. (No visitors on 2nd Tuesday of each month.
8. Members are expected to participate in all activities of the group. These include providing briefings and updates about their business, giving business connections and leads to further other members businesses, sponsorship and social activities, seeking Guest Speakers.
9. Membership numbers are capped at 40 for the group.

A Breakfast Meeting Fee of £8.00 is payable on arrival at the meeting

As a visitor or guest you may only attend a maximum of 2 meetings.
